Buick Achiever scholarship recipient William Smith is currently pursuing his degree in electrical engineering and computer science at the University of California, Berkeley. Before he became a Buick Achiever, Smith served as an aviation electronics technician in the U.S. Marine Corps, supporting combat operations in Afghanistan, Iraq and Africa. © General Motors
